Manufacturing Process of Condenser Tubes
Batch mixing
The raw materials are carefully weighed and mixed to ensure a consistent composition.
Melting
The mixed batch is heated in a furnace to around 1700°C (3090°F) to form molten glass. Furnaces can be continuous or pot types.
Fining and homogenization
The molten glass is refined to remove bubbles and homogenized to ensure uniformity in composition and temperature.
Storage Conditions of Condenser Tubes
Avoid exposure to rain or direct contact with water, and ensure adequate ventilation.

Do not store in high humidity areas; keep relative humidity (RH) below 80%.

Avoid storing glass near designated chemical storage areas.

Do not store glass in areas containing heat sources.
