Features of Magnetic Stirrer Bar
Magnetic stirrers use a rotating magnetic field to move stirring rods in liquids.
They are quieter, more efficient and require less maintenance than mechanical stirrers.
Magnetic stirrers are suitable for aqueous solutions and media with a low viscosity of up to 100 mPa.
The optimum speed for common applications is between 400 and 800 rpm.

Operation Steps of Magnetic Stirrer Bar
1. Prepare a container with the liquid solution already inside of it.
2. The container should be placed on the hotplate.
3. Connect to the mains to turn on the hotplate.
4. By pressing the temperature setting button, adjust the hotplate's temperature.
5. Place the magnetic stir bar in a vessel filled with solution.
6. Next, turn the stirrer magnetic speed adjustment button clockwise to change the speed of the magnetic stirrer. Turn the magnetic stirrer adjustment knob counter-clockwise if the stirring speed is too high.
7. Stir the liquid mixture until uniformity is achieved.
8. Remove the magnetic stirrer from the liquid solution container once done.
9. Disconnect from the mains to turn off the hotplate.
10. Use hot hands to lift the container.
