1. Select appropriate puncture site and clean it with medical alcohol. Puncture skin with appropriate lancet and gently wipe away the first drop of blood with sterileganze or cotton.
2. Collect blood to micro Blood Collection Tube with capillary and fill blood until it's renched atgraduation mark oftube. Over-orunder-filling blood to tube may result in clotting or erroneoustest results. Gently tapping the tube against hard surface or by flicking the side ofthe tube ifthcreis any clot at capilary tube.
3. Take out the capillary and mix the blood and additive bygentle inversion 7-10 times.
