Product Usage
Urine analysis test strips are used for the rapid detection of urobilinogen, urobilirubin, ketone bodies, glucose, protein, occult blood, pH, nitrites, leukocytes, urine specific gravity and ascorbic acid in urine. The sensitivity, accuracy, stability, and anti-interference of the analytical test strips are greatly related to the original auxiliary materials such as the color developer (substrate) used.
How do I use the urine test paper?
1. dip the test strip into freshly agitated urine and quickly remove it;
2. Place the test strip on the edge of the container to drain excess urine or on a paper towel to absorb excess fluid to minimize interference.
3. judgment:
(1) Compare the color to a standard color scale for the time indicated on the color scale, judge and read the result;
(2) To operate the instrument, please refer to the instruction manual of the urine analyzer you are using.
4. By visual inspection of the test strip, the reaction result is valid for 60 seconds and invalid after 60 seconds.
-Warnings: Due to the instability of urinalysis paper, if the reagent is in the air for a long period of time, the bacteria in the air will multiply on the reagent, and the oxidation of oxygen in the air will affect the final result of urinalysis.
