Common classifications and uses of funnels

Common categories
There are many types of funnels. Commonly used ones include ordinary funnels, hot water funnels, high-pressure funnels, long-neck funnels, separatory funnels and safety funnels. According to the size of the caliber and the length of the diameter, it can be divided into different models. In primary school nature teaching, 6cm short-necked funnels are generally used.
Basic use
The funnel is an indispensable instrument in filtration experiments. When filtering, filter paper should be placed in the funnel. There are many kinds of filter paper. Different filter papers can be used according to different filtration requirements. Ordinary filter paper can be used for natural teaching. The filter paper of the corresponding size should be purchased according to the size of the funnel.
